Biography

A results-driven senior consultant and trainer with nearly 15 years of experience in operational performance management, with a strong focus on translating strategy into operational reality.

I firmly believe that operational performance, process management and a clear organisational structure are essential levers for building a sound and sustainable competitive advantage. This can only be achieved through a high level of employee engagement. Our role is to help people consistently deliver quality and performance—the foundation of continuous improvement.

I deliver training and support organisations ranging from multinational corporations to SMEs in Lean Six Sigma, business process modelling and management, and enterprise architecture. I have worked across a variety of sectors, including both the private and public sectors, industry and logistics. My most recent assignments have been in healthcare, pharmaceuticals and aerospace.
